Partners

The following are our devoted partners who help us achieve our mandate

  1. Comic Relief 

    Comic Relief is a major charity based in the UK which strives to create a just world free from poverty. Their aim is to bring about real and lasting change by tackling the root causes of poverty and social injustice. So, to drive this change, they award grants to incredible projects on the ground that work to give people a leg up, not a hand out.


  2. Vitol Foundation  

    The Vitol Group first began making charitable grants in 2002 with the aim of enabling children living in deprivation to reach their potential in life. They support projects that fall under four programme areas critical to a child’s development: Health; ‘WASH’ (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene); Education; and Livelihoods.


  3. Kenya Irish Society  

    The KIS is spear headed by a committee of elected volunteers who put together various social and academic events for fellow members to enjoy. Under their three basic principles, they undertake in activities that would raise funds and assist the less fortunate in Kenya.


  4. University College London 

    UCL is one of the world's leading multidisciplinary universities. Students design and develop a technical solution for a problem on ground as an academic project. Haki Water offers the students a chance to apply their skills in a challenging context as well as understanding global engineering challenges.


  5. Engineers without Boarders (EWB) 

    EWB provides engineering solutions for the betterment of the underprivileged society. Haki water has had EWB volunteers help in solving water management problems through offering innovative water engineering and treatment solutions that are reliable and cost-effective for the end-users.


  6. P&G (Safeguard) 

    Safeguard bar soap is very effective at removing skin micro-organisms. In promoting health and sanitation we work with Safeguard to promote good hand hygiene.


  7. Thompson Reuters Foundation

    Haki Water is a member of TrustLaw Connect, an innovative programme from Thomson Reuters Foundation that links social enterprises and NGOs with top law firms from around the world offering their legal assistance pro bono.


  8. Akili Dada Relief 

    Akili Dada offers scholarships, mentoring, and leadership training to high-achieving young women from underprivileged backgrounds that are passionate about social change. Haki Water offers internship and volunteer opportunities to these young women to further career development.


  9. Symbion 

    The Symbion Group is a leading architectural design practice that offers a range of services including; Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Contract Management and Urban Planning. They offer design expertise to our various projects.
